Projects · punch · schedule · inventory

Complete project management, on a single platform.

Lead and project tracking, crew time tracking, scheduling and inventory all live in the same place, connected end to end. Nothing gets retyped, nothing gets exported, and the cost of every file adds up in real time.

The demo is open, with no account to create.

The Production board in alesk: projects in columns, with real cost, punched hours and materials on every card.
The problem

You already have everything. It is just scattered.

The time clock app, the inventory spreadsheet, the texts for scheduling, the project software... whichever ones you have and however many: each one does its job. And between them, it is retyping by hand, or fragile automations that break without warning.

The platform

Four modules, one foundation.

You take what you need. What you do not take shows up nowhere: no empty menus, no features to ignore.

A project file in alesk: the client, the address, stage tracking and the call log, on a single page.
What you get

The real cost of a file, without doing the math yourself.

Punched hours, material pulled, invoices and subcontractors all land on the same file. The total adds itself up, because everything comes from the same place.

The approach

A solid foundation, then your company on top.

The big platforms ask you to fit their mould, and the best they offer is "somewhat adapted". alesk does the opposite.

01

We install the foundation

Your own instance, with your modules, your words, your tracking stages, your roles. A lot gets settled without a line of code: your boards, the fields on your files, what each person sees.

02

We adjust it to your company

What is still missing gets built. Modules and features made for the way you work, not a setting that comes close. That is where the tool stops being "good enough" and becomes yours.

Who it is for

If your projects run for days and you want to know what each one cost.

alesk is built for work that runs several days and happens as a team: on the road, on a property or in your shop, it does not matter. Punched hours alone are enough to build a real cost; material, subcontractors and rentals add to it if you have them. If the real cost of a file still gets pieced together by hand in a spreadsheet, you are on the right page.

The demo

Test it without limits.

No account, no email to hand over. The data is fictional and stays in your browser: you cannot break anything.

And in your team's pocket.

Punch and inventory live on the phone too. Your employee punches their hours and pulls material right where they work, without going through the office. Each module works on its own, or both together in the same app. And the whole platform stays reachable from a phone or a tablet: it adapts to the screen.

Frequent questions

The questions that come up most often.

Does alesk invoice my clients?

No. alesk tracks what a project costs you: punched hours, material pulled, invoices paid, subcontractors. Invoicing your clients and taking payments stay in your accounting system. It is a choice: we do one thing, and we do all of it.

How much does it cost?

One price per installation: no per-user licence, so adding an employee costs nothing more. The amount depends on the modules and the adjustments you need. Write to us through the form: the answer is quick and straight.

How do we start?

We install the foundation first: your boards, your tracking stages, your words, your roles. A lot gets settled without a line of code. Then we adjust the platform to your company, piece by piece.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Punch and inventory live on your team's phones too: punching hours, pulling material, right where the work happens. And the whole platform runs in any browser: computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.

Is there an iOS or Android app?

Not on the App Store or Google Play, and that is deliberate: every company gets a personalized installation at its own address. A different app per client in the app stores does not hold up. Instead, the platform installs as a web app (PWA): you open it in the phone's browser, add it to the home screen, and it launches like an app, on Android as on iPhone (with the few limits Apple imposes on that format). Day to day: computer, tablet or phone, it works everywhere.

What happens to my current data?

A data migration service is offered: your projects, your inventory items and your employee lists can follow. Tell us what you use right now in the contact form, and we will tell you exactly what can move and how.

Does every client get the same alesk?

No. Every company has its own installation, under its own brand, with its own modules: what you do not take appears nowhere. Your team sees your tool, not ours.

What language is the platform in?

The platform is currently in French, and an English version is in preparation. We would rather say so plainly than promise otherwise. Tell us in the contact form if English matters to you: it helps us set our priorities.
